I had a slash fangirl from the Transformers fanbase RAGE at me and call me homophobic when I told her the idea of Megatron and Starscream or Megatron and Optimus being shipped together was fucking ridiculous and ANTI-canon. And in the anime fandumb (seriously, let's call it what it actually is), we have fangirls of shows like Fullmetal Alchemist that LOVE to ship pedophilic or incest pairings like RoyEd and Elricest, respectively speaking. It's just DISGUSTING...
Why do fangirls continue to ship males characters together that obviously HATE each other?! I'll never freaking understand it because it's ILLOGICAL and OOC... Also...it's like slash and yaoi fangirls act as if male characters can't just be FRIENDS or ENEMIES...they 'must be SHIPPED' according to their bird-brained brand of LACK of logic...
And don't get me started on the fact that these fangirls really HATE female characters (if it's not their OCs, of course lol)...and seem to even hold into themselves some form of internalized misogyny or another... I GET IT...lots of female characters are stereotypical or just plain sucks, BUT...you CANNOT deny CANON and LOGIC in any fictional universe.
Oh man. Even Sonic and Shadow... I had to educate one in a note. I saw a stamp I liked, but it just had to be yaoi related.
I HATE and had for longest time, yaoi shippings/pairings of straight characters, in a relationship or clear interest in someone. It's like, art framing. You can abuse art and draw anything.
Been fighting that for years in the past.
Always tell people what you think. Don't let them say how you should think. It's pretty bad living in this time where kids is exposed to media, internet, other people influences, suggestive and suddenly they're all 'bi' or yaoi and yuri loving. They also flame people if you don't like BOTH. As before someone doesn't like the other and likes one.
Oh and worse? making a flag... and furries, like a fanclub of something that exists but kind of like it's own style, a flag of all things...
And then you have, putting their characters, or inserts to date cannon characters who is already in a relationship or not interested. Not every character HAS to date someone.
I saw some cheetah-too furry (it's supposed to be a sonic character) looking character of theirs all over their page and gallery, do sickening things with cannon characters. Just because they can make art, doesn't mean blind watchers should defend what most people dislikes and is very vocal about. They just hate when you utterly shut them down.
Just call them what they are. Cyberbullies. Don't like them for valid reasons, you supposedly fear them aka 'homophobe' fear. Like most are scared, just doesn't like.

Yes!!! Same here. Like Optimus and Megatron...they're freaking ROBOTS. And even if they get paired...Optimus is obviously straight, he has Elita-1 for a girlfriend, for crying out loud. And Megatron himself is NOT gay either! Fuck, even Starscream is not freaking gay, he was hitting on femme robots within multiple continuities, like in TF Animated when he crushed on Slipstream and even in G1 when he was getting a bit TOO interested in Elita-1. So whatever the hell fangirls think about him and any of the other two being 'gay', they're seriously WRONG. Art on this site is now getting more and more bleh because of the endless supply of slash/yaoi fanart...it's disgusting what's become of this place. And yes, there's plenty of NSFW or suggestive stuff of that crap too. So 'art abuse' is indeed the right phrase to use here.

Oh...I do, during any chance I could get. And if I sound like an asshole? Tough. I'm not gonna let some idiot online 'thought police' me, I have my own mind therefore I have my own opinions and personality. I can say all the 'hurtful truth' that I want as much as I damn well PLEASE. Freedom of Speech should reign supreme online always, and even in real life as well (but unfortunately...I don't think this second thing will ever happen).
And as for the hypocrisy of yaoi lovers against yuri lovers...that's absolutely correct. Now, I'm not a fan of neither things but I agree that yuri fans are usually more good with their behavior (and usually keep their trash on hentai sites only), while the yaoi batshit fans (usually fangirls) are crazy and quick to call people names when people say they don't agree with their wrong interpretations of characters they RUIN. And it's not that we 'yaoi haters' go out of our way to search for yaoi/slash crap...it COMES to us, rather easily too. Almost as if being forced down our damn throats! Like another few major things these days which I won't mention here, to not open up anymore cans of worms... But you're right, nowadays people are all brainwashed to think a certain way and if they don't...then they're 'insert anti-PC-substitute label here' (examples including but not only: homophobic, biphobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, ableist, nazi, etc.). They call you names to try to shut you down because they fear not just the truth but the fact that others have opinions that will hurt their egos and fee-fees.
Are you talking about the gay flag here, and the fact that it's stolen from the rainbow? I'm not sure I'm understanding what you mean... Or are you actually saying that yaoi fans have made their OWN flag...and others groups such as furries did as well?

THIS. But honestly...these days this is not as annoying as freaking yaoi or slash shit. The OC phenomenon was during the early 2000's. But the yaoi/slash shit really started rising around 2010. And that's the crap we're mostly dealing with now.
I hate suck ups, kiss asses, white knights, and sycophants of so-called 'popular' users. Especially those who follow users that make art which ruins the CANON of characters. And smut of any kind shouldn't be on this site, it should be one somewhere like...hentai foundry or something.
I prefer the term 'crybullies' much more, but yes...cyberbullies is good too.
